House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed in any area of the apartment.
• Do not light candles, incense, or use any item with an open flame.
• Please keep quiet and avoid noise that may disturb the neighbours, especially at night (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
• The terrace may be used until 11:00 PM.
• No more guests than those indicated in the reservation are allowed without prior authorisation.
• Parties or events are strictly prohibited without the host's consent.
• Do not leave children unattended on the balcony or terrace.
• Report any damage or breakage that occurs during your stay so we can fix it as soon as possible.
• On the day of departure, leave the keys on the table and lock the door properly when you leave.
• Complete the mandatory check-in via the link we will send you before your arrival.
