Identification of the apartments
The tourist apartments offered for rent through QueenBNB are as follows:
- Maestro Luna Apartment — Calle Maestro Luna, 6, Zaragoza — NRUA: VU-ZA-21-051
- Las Armas Apartment — Calle Las Armas, 14, Zaragoza — NRUA: VU-ZA-23-019
Reservation and confirmation
The reservation shall be considered confirmed when the guest makes the full payment or the established down payment. Once confirmed, an email will be sent with the reservation details and access instructions.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown per night and include community fees, water and electricity within normal consumption. They do not include the tourist tax (if applicable) or any extra contracted services.
Payment shall be made by bank transfer or secure payment gateway, as indicated in the reservation process.
Cancellation policy
We offer two cancellation options so you can choose the one that best suits you:
Standard Booking — No extra cost
- Cancellation more than 60 days before check-in: 100% refund.
- Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before: 0% refund.
Peaceful Booking — With cancellation insurance (+8% of total amount)
- Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund.
- Cancellation up to 96 hours before check-in: 80% refund.
- Cancellation less than 96 hours before check-in: 0% refund.
- 1 free date change (subject to availability).
- No need to justify the reason.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.
Times may be flexible upon prior request and availability.
Guest responsibilities
- To make proper use of the apartment and its facilities.
- To respect the rules of coexistence and the rest of the neighbors.
- To report any incidents or breakdowns immediately.
- Not to exceed the maximum agreed number of guests.
- To return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness and order in which it was delivered.
Limitation of liability
QueenBNB is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, strikes, breakdowns in basic supplies (water, electricity, internet) that are beyond its control, or for objects lost or stolen during the stay.
Applicable legislation
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Zaragoza.
